In February, a course to specialize in privacy and video surveillance

The training course “Privacy Officer and Privacy Consultant in Video Surveillance” starts again in 2021, a specialized full immersion organized by Ethos Academy with the patronage and scientific advice of Federprivacy.

The 16-hour course in Fad is mainly aimed at professionals and privacy consultants who carry out their activities in companies and organizations that use complex video surveillance systems, and is structured in four half-day lessons each that will be held by Avv. Marco Soffientini, legal expert on privacy and protection of personal data as well as Data Protection Officer of Federprivacy, and by Avv. Andrea Graziotti, lawyer of the Perugia forum and Privacy Officer certified by TÜV Italia.

The course is a prerequisite for taking the exam TÜV Italy certification of Privacy Officer and Privacy Consultant in the specialized sector of video surveillance, and in program structured in four sessions of 4 hours each scheduled on 18, 25 February and 4, 11 March 2021, the teachers will deal in depth with all the main topics of the specific sector, including the 3-2019 Guidelines of the European Data Protection Board , the latest FAQ published by the Privacy Guarantor on 5 December 2020, the new scenarios that have been opened by Covid-19, and all the most recent regulatory developments.

The event is recognized by TÜV Italia for the purposes of certification of the specialized video surveillance sector), and provides for the recognition of 16 training credits both for professionals certified as Privacy Officer and for the issue of the Service Quality Certificate issued by Federprivacy to pursuant to Law 4/2013.
