Privacy training, 15 courses have already been published for 2021

2021 is upon us and there are already fifteen training events published in theagenda by Federprivacy. Two editions of the Master Privacy Officer and Privacy Consultant will take place in March and May next year, and then a series of thematic courses for data protection professionals.

Of particular interest to insiders in light of the invalidation of the Privacy Shield and the expiry of the transitional period of Brexit, with the United Kingdom that from 1 January 2021 will be considered to all intents and purposes a third country, is the course of 4 hours on “The regulations on the transfer of personal data abroad in accordance with the GDPR”, which was scheduled for March 10 and May 12.

Following the great interest encountered in the two previous sessions, the “Self-defense course for Data Protection Officer” returns with three editions scheduled respectively on January 15th, February 19th and March 26th.

On January 19, instead, the one-day course on “Inspections, sanctions and compensation with the Gdpr ‘will take place, which will have as teachers Michele Iaselli, coordinator of the Scientific Committee of Federprivacy as well as president of ANDIP (National Defense Privacy Association), and Dr. Claudio Filippi, Deputy Secretary General and Director of the Inspection Activities Department of the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data.

As regards the operational courses, the course on “The role and performance of the activities of the Data Protection Officer” was scheduled on March 31, while the course “The audit of legislative compliance with the GDPR” is scheduled on April 14, and on May 13th there will be a specific training day on “Data Breach: planning and management before, during and after the event”, while on June 23 the appointment is with the course “ISO / IEC 27701: 2019 and Management Systems Privacy “.

Finally, two editions of the 4-hour course “Video surveillance with the EDPB 3/2019 Guidelines” set for March 18 and June 8 2021, but the specialized course “Privacy Officer in the video surveillance sector ”of 16 hours organized in collaboration with Ethos Academy.
